The Institution
The Institution "Quinta de São Sebastião", the Quinta (Farm), is a private response to the need of social and health care felt by the elderly in the Silves Municipal area and in the Algarve Region.
The response varies according to the two existing facilities: the Home and the Long Term and Maintenance Unit (ULDM), integrated in the National Network of Integrated Continuing Care (RNCCI).
In the near future, we intend to build some Type 1 villas, following the same management model as in the assisted residences, with a view to access the market niche represented by the senior tourism, taking advantage of the facilities already established and the existing social and health pole infrastructures.
